How much space do I need for a rental?
Most inflatables need a 20–30' flat area with access to a standard outlet, plus 3–4 feet of clearance on all sides for safe setup and anchoring. Water slides also need a hose hookup. Tight on space? Call 678-752-8718 and we'll walk through your yard layout and recommend the best fit.
How many carnival games do I need for a school or church event?
It depends on your headcount, space and how many volunteers you have — our games are designed for high throughput and quick reset, and multi-game booths and bundles help you cover more kids with less space. For large events we recommend booking at least 3 weeks ahead, and our team will help you build a package tailored to your headcount and age groups. Can volunteers run the carnival games, or do we need staff?
Volunteers can run them — that's the point. Our carnival game rentals are classic, simple skill games that volunteers of any age can operate, which is why PTOs and church committees use them for fundraisers and festivals. We handle delivery, setup and takedown; your team just keeps the lines smiling. Attended attractions like the mechanical bulls are different — those come with our trained attendant included.
What if it rains on the day of my party?
Light rain? The kids won't even notice. If dangerous weather forces a cancellation, your $50 deposit converts to a raincheck good for one full year — you don't lose it to the sky. Safety first, always.
Are your rentals cleaned between events?
Yes. Every single time. Each rental is washed, disinfected, inspected and air-dried before it goes out again, using commercial-grade cleaners and following Cherokee County health guidelines. You'll never get grimy or questionable equipment from us.
Can adults use your rentals?
Absolutely. Most units have 250–300 lb weight limits per rider, and we encourage parents to join in. Corporate events and adult birthday parties rent from us all the time — especially the mechanical bulls. It's hilarious. Do it.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A $50 credit-card deposit reserves your rental. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 8 days before your date. Cancel 2–7 days out and the deposit is forfeited — unless it's due to weather, in which case you get a raincheck good for one full year.
Do I need to provide anything for setup?
Just access to a standard electrical outlet — and for water slides, a hose and water hookup. We connect everything during setup and adjust it to the perfect level. Hose not long enough? We can bring extension hoses for an extra $10.
How long is the rental, and when do you set up?
Rentals include a standard 6-hour block (extra time $20/hour), and we frequently allow free overnight use depending on scheduling — ask when booking. We always arrive early, so setup never eats your rental time. Flexible Delivery may arrive up to 48 hours before your start; Same-Day ($100) and Exact-Time ($200) windows are available at checkout, and we call 20 minutes out.
Do you deliver outside of Woodstock?
Yes — all over Cherokee County and North Metro Atlanta. Delivery is free within 16 miles of Woodstock on qualifying orders, a distance fee applies from 16–20 miles (shown at checkout), and 20 miles is our limit.
