The size chart.
Guest counts below use the planners' rule of thumb, about 10 square feet per seated guest and 6 on foot. Dance floors, buffet lines, stages and head tables all eat space, so when the plan is more than tables, take the size up or call and we'll lay it out with you.
Size isn't the only call: level ground, overhead clearance and where the crew can anchor all matter too. Two minutes on the phone settles all of it: 678-752-8718.
Know your tents.
Three kinds of cover, one trained crew:
Commercial frame tents with the tall white peaks you see at weddings, high in quality and appearance, in 20-foot widths from 20 x 20 to 20 x 100. Ours are priced in line with many companies' standard-top tents; know the difference before you book anywhere.
Fast cover for vendor booths, market stalls, check-in tables and shade stations: 10 x 10 ($65) and 10 x 20 ($125).
Side walls turn the 20 x 20 into a room ($85 kit or $20 per panel), the tent fan ($40) and floor fan ($50) keep August moving, and white globe lights ($20) handle the evening.
The fine print, before you pay a dime.

Most-asked questions about tent rentals.
How much does it cost to rent a party tent?
EZ UP canopies run $65 (10 x 10) and $125 (10 x 20). White High Peak frame tents run from $325 for the 20 x 20 to $1,625 for the 20 x 100, and tent packages with tables and chairs start at $430.50. Holiday and big-event pricing may vary, and prices exclude sales tax.
What size tent do I need for my guest count?
The planners' rule of thumb is about 10 square feet per seated guest and about 6 on foot. So the 20 x 20 (400 sq ft) hosts up to about 40 seated, the 20 x 40 about 80, the 20 x 60 about 120, the 20 x 80 about 160 and the 20 x 100 about 200, with roughly half again more if everyone's standing. The two-tap sizer above does this math for you, or call and we'll size it to your layout.
What is a High Peak frame tent, and why does it matter?
A commercial frame tent with the tall, elegant peaks you see at weddings, higher quality in build and appearance than a standard top. Ours are priced in line with what many companies charge for standard tops, so it's worth knowing the difference before you book anywhere.
Can I add walls, lights or fans?
Yes. Heavy-duty side walls for the 20 x 20 come as an $85 four-wall kit or $20 per panel, the tent fan ($40, for the 20 x 20) and floor fan ($50) keep air moving, and white globe lights ($20) handle the evening glow. Tables, chairs and concessions ride on the same truck.
Is a package cheaper than renting pieces separately?
Packages bundle the 20 x 20 High Peak with tables and chairs in one line item: Tent Package 1, for example, pairs it with 4 round tables, 32 outdoor folding chairs and free spandex tablecloths for $432.20. If your party seats about 32, a package is the one-tap answer.
Does the price include setup and delivery?
Our team delivers, sets up and takes down every tent, trained for safety and quality, and setup never counts against your rental. Free delivery within 16 driving miles of Woodstock applies to $200+ orders that include an inflatable; otherwise your delivery fee shows at checkout before you pay, and 20 driving miles is our limit.
Can you set up a tent at a park?
It depends on the town: some North Georgia cities restrict tents and canopies at their parks (Kennesaw's rules, for example, don't allow them), and others decide facility by facility. Surfaces and anchoring also vary spot to spot. Call 678-752-8718 before you book anything and we'll talk through your exact location.
How far in advance should I reserve, and what holds my date?
Two to three weeks ahead is typical, 3+ weeks for large events and wedding season. A $50 credit-card deposit holds everything: fully refundable 8 or more days out, and weather cancellations convert it to a raincheck good for one full year.
